The shacket (shirt-jacket) trend really took off last year and it’s back this year too! Some people aren’t the biggest fans of this, but personally, I am. 🙂 They’re a lot more common to see these days and the variety of colors, styles, and materials used for them are endless. Here are some of my favorites from Amazon that are also budget-friendly!

The Plaid Shacket
- Soft outer material
- Inside material isn’t as soft, but not itchy compared to other shackets
- Neutral color goes with almost everything
- Relaxed fit and long enough in the back
- 2 chest pockets
The Faux Leather Shacket
- Neautral-colored faux leather outer shell
- Inside material is very soft, almost like a thin layer of plush
- Relaxed fit, but not as long as the plaid shacket above
- 2 chest pockets without closures
The Peacoat Shacket
- The color is listed as “beige” but it’s more of an ivory color in person
- Material is thin (both outer and inner shells) compared to an actual peacoat
- Matching tie belt included
- 2 chest pockets (the buttons on them aren’t functioning)
- Out of the box it had a slightly weird smell, but came out after one wash
Sizing Info
I’m usually a size small/medium.
Shackets- I’m wearing a size Small. I think if I had gone with a Medium they would’ve been too oversized for my liking.
Spanx Leggings- I’m wearing a Medium and they fit perfectly. When I first bought them, I also ordered a size Small and couldn’t get them up past my thighs. Definitely size up if you are in between.
Steve Madden Boots- I wear a 7.5 in these with no-show socks and the fit is true to size.
