The following recipe was taken from the book Pizza From Every Day to Gourmet by pizzacraft. Ingredients 1 tsp. olive oil 1 medium onion, small dice 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. tomato paste 1 can whole, peeled tomatoes; 28-oz. 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1 Parmesan rind**Instead of a Parmesan rind, add 1/4 c of finely grated Parmesan cheese to the finished sauce.
